Shipping policy

Orders are processed within 2-4 business days.  Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.  

Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

Free Shipping-All US orders qualify for free standard shipping. * Boards and grip tape are excluded from this offer.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.  Estimated delivery times after your order is porcessed: 

• Standard Shipping (U.S): 3-7 business days
  
• Expedited Shipping (U.S): 2-3 business days
• International Shipping: 7-21 business days (varies by country)

Order Tracking: 

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number.  Tracking may take 24-48 hours. 

Please ensure your shipping address is correct.  Shredhers is not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect addresses entered at checkout. 

Lost or Stolen Packages: 

Once a package is marked "delivered" by the carrier, Shredhers is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.  If this happens, please contact the carrier directly to make a claim.

International Taxes and Duties: 

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, and fees upon delivery. These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are the responsibility of the recipient. SHREDHERS is not responsible for these additional charges. Please note that some countries have strict import regulations and higher duty rates — we recommend checking with your local customs office before placing an order.
